Objectives

Through Project Management course students deliver a comprehensive knowledge of essential techniques for successful, cost-effective management of both long- and short-term projects. The use of detailed case studies and experienced professionals will lead students through a more complete learning of this subject.

Lessons

Verification of learning

There are two types of exams.
Attending students
Partial written exam + Project Power Point Presentation (chosen in accordance with the Professor) and a short Project history essay on topics covered in the course.
Attending students may even chose the modality for non-attending students, in case they prefer it.
Non-attending students
Written exam based on the studying of textbooks required for non attending students.
