Objectives

Describe some of the most important and significant clinical pictures of specialist surgery such as: Urology, Otorhinolaryngology, Oncology.
Acquire specific clinical nursing knowledge in order to refine and implement specific skills, to respond, according to the most modern care planning concepts (from the perspective of Evidence Based Nursing) to the B.A.I. in the person subjected to intervention..

Urology (nephrectomy, cystectomy - urinary deviation, prostatic resection)
Otorhinolaryngology (Laryngectomy Trachestomy and Trachesostomy)
c- Deepening of assistive techniques: drainage, intestinal and urinary ostomy, bladder catheterization, self-catheterization, continuous bladder washing,
Knowledge of tracheal cannulas
Management of trachetomized patients.

epidemiology of cancer;
primary and secondary prevention, screnning programs, general staging concepts, TNM, indications for radiotherapeutic medical surgical treatment;
general concepts on how to evaluate the patient with cancer overall; general concepts of chemotherapy, polychemotherapy, ionotherapy, neoadjuvant, adjuvant and palliative chemotherapy, criteria for the evaluation of the response to chemotherapeutic treatments, main side effects of chemotherapeutic drugs, general concepts of clinical experimentation, in vitro experimentation, in vivo, phase I studies , II, III, IV;
Central venous catheters, their use and management; evacuative paracentesis, indications, modalities of execution, role of the nurse;
evacuative thoracentesis, indications, modality of execution, role of the nurse, psycho-oncology, communication of the diagnosis and informed consent, response of the patient to the communication of the diagnosis.

anatomy and physiology of the acoustic and vestibular organ, pathologies of the external and middle ear, acute and chronic disorders of the ear, congenitiacquisito and acuticronic audio-vestibular deficits; risks and severity indices in the post surgical management of the otological patient;
