Intraoperative phase
Checklist for safety in the operating room Preparation and maintenance of the sterile field Asepsis in the operating room Behavioral rules of the operators in the room Techniques for surgical washing Dressing Operating team Safety guidelines in the operating room. Anesthetic methods (general, locoregional): observation, evaluation and monitoring Intra-operative complications: positioning, imbalance of body temperature (hypothermia), ocular lesions, respiratory disorders; observation, evaluation and monitoring Post-operative complications: nausea and vomiting, acute postoperative pain, urinary retention, ileus, altered fluid balance, hypotension, delirium, fatiga, fever, surgical wound complications such as anastomotic dehiscence, post gastrectomy and short bowel syndrome , respiratory complications, DVT and pulmonary embolism; observation, evaluation and monitoring
Postoperative interventions: mobilization, feeding, fluid management and post-operative water balance.

Upper gastrointestinal and esophageal bleeding, gastric resection, chronic intestinal inflammatory diseases, aneurysm of the portal: real / potential problems and planning of interventions Thoraco-abdominal trauma (rib fractures, diaphragm tear, PNX and spleen rupture): real / potential problems and planning of interventions Framework of acute non-traumatic abdomen (perforated gastro-duodenal ulcer, biliary peritonitis, intestinal obstruction, perforation of diverticulum, intestinal infarction): real / potential problems and planning of interventions Intestinal derivations: ileostomy and colostomy.
