Objectives

Students will understand the strategic role of human resource management in the global organisation, as well as
the knowledge and techniques required to put theory into practice. Students’ analytical and personal skills
will equip them for a wide range of human resource management positions in every size and type of
organisations.

Lessons, case histories, group works. team work.

Verification of learning

For students attending, the final evaluation will be based on:
- written final examination :open questions
- group assignment: all students will show a project work in groups on strategies for employeer branding. Output of the project is represented by a written paper and a presentation that will be held in the classroom.
For students not attending the final evaluation will be based on a written and oral examination.
